Pricing

I accept the following types of MultiSport cards for Jumping and Dance into Shape classes:

• MultiSport Silver
• MultiSport FKSP
• MultiSport Kids

How to book your class:

1. Book your spot: Register and reserve your class via the Reservio booking system.
2. Pay the deposit: Transfer a refundable deposit of 210 CZK to this bank account: 702812628/0100

In the payment message, please make sure to include:

• the word "MultiSport"
• your full name
• your phone number
• the email address linked to your Reservio account

Once the payment clears (within 2 days), I will load a special pass onto your account and send you an email confirming the receipt of your refundable deposit.

Before the Class

Right before the class begins, I will verify your identity (via ID card or driver's license) directly in the studio and scan your valid MultiSport card (either physical or virtual) using a barcode scanner.

Please arrive on time, ideally at least 10 minutes early, so we can handle the check-in smoothly and stress-free!

Important Rules to Keep in Mind:

• MultiSport cards cannot be scanned retroactively or after the class has ended.
• Clients are responsible for covering the cost of any unused reservations.
• You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the class starts.
• If you do not show up for a reserved class, your deposit will automatically be forfeited.
• If the deposit has not been paid, you will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to one single entry based on our current pricing.

If you ever decide to stop attending classes, simply drop me an email at jumpsmiledance@gmail.com, and I will gladly refund your deposit straight back to your bank account.

Please note: MultiSport cards cannot be used for Contemporary dance classes, dance workshops, or special events.

If you plan to claim a fitness allowance from your health insurance provider and need formal proof of purchase, you must top up your credits in person using cash.

I will issue a physical cash receipt for you on the spot, containing all the necessary details your insurance company requires for reimbursement.

Important Note: Unfortunately, standard bank transfers or QR code payments cannot be used for insurance claims. Therefore, please make sure to bring cash with you if you need this specific receipt!

If you can’t make it to a class you’ve booked, please cancel your reservation as soon as possible. This kindly opens up the spot for someone else who might want to join!

More than 24 hours before class

You can easily cancel your booking yourself directly in the Reservio system. Your credits will be automatically refunded to your account.

Less than 24 hours before class

If you do not cancel in time or fail to show up, your class credits will automatically be forfeited. However, you can always send a message in our WhatsApp group and offer your spot to someone else or send someone in your place.

If you do not have enough credits on your account, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to one single entry based on our current pricing.
